A note on self belief

What's one thing you think we're not hearing or talking about enough in the health and wellbeing space?

From my observation, I think it's the conversation of self belief. We are quick to assess, analyse, diagnose and treat. We might even get to the root cause of a symptom. But, if a person doesn't have self belief in their ability to be able to see through the steps needed to see change, that leaves us at the starting line.

I'm sharing this video to describe what I'm seeing. What are your thoughts? Is there a missing conversation here in the clinic room?
