Healthy Brownie Bites recipe

This delicious snack is easy to put together and hits that sweet craving in a satisfying way.

Because they are packed with nutrient-dense ingredients and no added sugar, you don’t get the glucose high and crash that often comes with sugary sweets and snacks.

What’s inside:

Nuts provide plenty of protein and essential minerals. Almonds and walnuts stand out because they’re rich in healthy fats - walnuts supply omega‑3 fatty acids, while almonds are high in vitamin E. These nutrients help maintain cell membranes, support brain and heart function, and help keep inflammation in check.

Dates are another great source of minerals such as magnesium. Their fiber helps slow the absorption of glucose, promotes a feeling of fullness, and nourishes the beneficial bacteria in our gut.

Cocoa powder is rich in polyphenols - plant compounds that have an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effect. It’s also another excellent source of magnesium. This can be swapped out to cacao powder which is less processed and retains more nutrients, but it tends to have a slightly bitter flavour.
